Additional details:To SUSPEND your service: Please fill out this form twice - once to schedule the last pick-up of dirty diapers before the date that your service is suspended (check 'pick-up only' and enter the date) and once to schedule a drop-off of clean diapers upon your return (check 'drop off only' and enter the date that you'd like your service to resume). If you'd like clean diapers in the ‘pick up’ before your suspension (i.e. if you'd like to cloth diaper while you're on vacation) please indicate this in the comments section when you fill out the form to schedule the final pick-up. If we are ONLY picking up dirty diapers (without dropping off clean ones) we will grant you a credit for the time suspended. If we are dropping off clean diapers before you leave, we will not grant a credit. YOU DO NOT NEED TO LEAVE OUT ALL OF YOUR DIAPERS WHEN YOU SUSPEND YOUR SERVICE.
